Michele Millan-Patterson, A.G.N.P.-C.

Hello! I’m Nurse Practitioner Michele Millan-Patterson, AGNP-C, and I’m excited to welcome you to Living Water Clinic, now seeing new patients in both our Visalia and Porterville locations.

I’m proud to be a Central Valley native, born and raised in Lindsay, California. After earning my Bachelor’s in Social Work at Fresno State, I spent several years developing community programs—everything from Latino mental health services to hospital-based outreach. Working side by side with patients and families sparked something in me: a desire to care for people even more directly.

I returned to school at College of the Sequoias, became a Registered Nurse, and honed my skills in critical-care settings including ICU, cardiac ICU, emergency, and med-surg. Along the way, I also learned clinic administration, but my heart always belonged at the bedside. That calling led me to complete my Nurse Practitioner training and earn board certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C), so I can partner with you in your health journey every day.

I provide comprehensive primary care for adults and seniors, including wellness exams, routine checkups, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. I also offer preventive health services like immunizations and screening tests, women’s health and family planning support, and acute care for minor injuries, infections, and sudden illness. I work closely with specialists, educators, and community resources to ensure you receive whole-person support.

When you come to our clinic, I will take time to listen, explain my recommendations clearly, and involve you in every decision. You are the expert on your life—my role is to guide, educate, and support you so you can feel confident in your health.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy traveling with my husband and two sons, lifting weights, gardening, sewing, reading, and hosting friends for home-cooked meals. Staying active and curious helps me bring fresh energy and empathy to each patient visit.
