Dr. Mahmoud Omari is a compassionate, board-certified pediatrician with more than 20 years of experience helping children grow up healthy and strong. He has proudly served the Porterville–Lindsay community for the past two years and continues to provide exceptional pediatric care as part of the Living Water Clinic team.
Dr. Omari earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the East / Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center and completed his Pediatric Residency at Bayamon University Hospital in Puerto Rico. Throughout his career, he has cared for children in hospitals and clinics across Puerto Rico, Arizona, and California, developing a well-rounded understanding of pediatric medicine across diverse populations.
He holds current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification and has maintained pediatric privileges at multiple hospitals during his career. Dr. Omari is also an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, reflecting his dedication to ongoing education and clinical excellence.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic, Dr. Omari is deeply committed to connecting with families from all backgrounds. His approach emphasizes listening, education, and partnership—ensuring parents feel confident and supported in every stage of their child’s development. His services include newborn and adolescent care, immunizations, growth and development monitoring, preventive wellness, and management of acute childhood illnesses.
