Supporting Mental Wellness: Meet LCSWs Christina Arias and Marian Aguwa

You take good care of your physical health — you eat right, get enough sleep, stay hydrated, and move your body regularly. Even simple habits like dressing well or practicing self-care affect how your body feels and how you feel about yourself.

But how often do you check in on your mental health? Your emotional and mental well-being shape how you think, feel, and handle life’s challenges.

Whether you’re managing a diagnosed mental illness, navigating a difficult time, or simply striving to strengthen your mental wellness, Living Water Clinic – Clinica Agua Viva is here to support you with compassionate, personalized mental health care.

Why Mental Health Support Matters

Your physical and mental health are deeply connected. When your mental wellness suffers, your sleep, appetite, and motivation often do too. Conditions such as depression and anxiety can impact blood pressure, immune health, and energy levels — and prolonged stress can lead to burnout or unhealthy coping habits.

Even if you don’t have a chronic condition, life’s challenges — from grief to major change — can affect your emotional balance. That’s where mental health care makes a lasting difference. With the right support, you can strengthen your resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and rediscover a sense of peace and purpose.

Compassionate Care for the Whole You

At Living Water Clinic-Clinica Agua Viva, our LCSWs, Christina Arias and Marian Aguwa, work alongside our family medicine providers to support your full well-being — mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you prefer to meet face-to-face or virtually, our mental health team is here to help you manage stress, navigate loss, and build emotional resilience through every season of life.
